Hello

I am Emma, and I want you to LOVE ADHD Life so welcome to this very safe ADHD space.

As well as having ADHD, I am also an ADHD coach and consultant. My goal is to support my ADHD tribe so that they can build a life that they love living, not just in spite of it, but because they embrace their ADHD related strengths.

We have so much to offer the world but we've just got to know how to tap into our ADHD brilliance. That's what I'm here to help with.

About me

I'm a certified ADHD coach and I did my training via the ADD Coach Academy in New York. Like many women, I received a late diagnosis for my ADHD. This was both a revelation and a relief to finally understand the executive function challenges that I had experienced all my life.

I predominantly work with adult clients who have had a recent diagnosis and want to learn more about their unique brain wiring and develop tools, strategies, techniques and strengths in order to love their ADHD life. I'm a huge advocate for mindfulness and as a practitioner, I adopt an ADHD friendly approach to creating mindfulness practices that support the learning and growth we experience as we go through the coaching process.

As well as being a certified ADHD life coach, I'm a qualified Financial Advisor in New Zealand and my passion to assist others to take control of their finances continues in my ADHD practice.

I'm originally from Perth, Australia but now spend most of my time living in beautiful New Zealand with my husband, teenaged son and our mischievous Airedale Terrier.

The majority of my coaching is done online and this allows me to work with clients all over the world.

What My Coaching Clients Say

"Seeing an adhd coach was the best thing I did since being diagnosed with adhd as an adult. Emma has been my cheerleader, she has helped me to understand my adhd through a positive lens and has walked alongside me as I’ve unpacked some negative core beliefs that were embedded in me - trauma from trying to live my whole life as a neurotypical. Self-awareness, alongside helpful tools and accountability have been effective in helping me live authentically in my neurodivergence, she has given me the confidence to unmask and to play to my strengths. I love my ADHD life! Thank you Emma!"
